Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders received before 3 PM (ET) are generally processed for same-day dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the relevant tracking information. For Priority or Overnight delivery, customers can select their preferred shipping option during checkout.

International orders over $129 qualify for free shipping. International shipping is available to destinations serviced by UPS and FedEx.

Warranty

All instruments are backed by an extended 2-year warranty covering eligible issues such as tip damage and maintenance-related concerns. When a covered issue occurs, a replacement instrument may be provided where applicable, helping reduce downtime and allowing dental professionals to continue their work with minimal interruption.
