EVO Surgix – Precision in Every Surgical and Dental Instrument.
1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
For our general surgical and dental instruments, the minimum order quantity is 1 unit (one instrument). For specialized or custom items, MOQ will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
2. Warranty / Guarantee
All instruments from EVO Surgix carry a 1-year guarantee against defects such as rust, corrosion, pitting, or any manufacturing faults—under normal use and maintenance.
3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
In-stock items: Orders will be shipped within 4–6 working days after confirmation.
Out-of-stock or custom items: Shipping may take 20–30 days (depending on order size and complexity).
Once shipped, delivery is generally within 10 days, but final timing depends on your region and courier.
We use trusted couriers (e.g. DHL) for international shipping to maintain reliability.
4. International Duties & Customs
For international orders, buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges in their country. EVO Surgix is not responsible for any delays or fees imposed by customs authorities in the destination country.
5. Handling Fee for Small Orders
Orders with a total order value below $200 will incur a handling fee of $8.00 (or equivalent in local currency).
6. Payment Terms
Full payment must be made in advance before an order is processed. We accept payment via [list your payment methods here, e.g. bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, etc.].
7. Risk & Title Transfer
Once the product is shipped and handed over to the courier, risk and responsibility for transit lies with the buyer. Title to the goods transfers once full payment is cleared.
8. Order Cancellations & Changes
Order cancellations or changes must be requested before shipping.
If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible or may incur return and restocking charges.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns are allowed only for manufacturing defects (within the warranty period), not for normal wear or misuse.
Buyer must contact us with photographs / proof of defect before return.
Once we confirm defect, we may repair, replace, or refund (as per our discretion).
Buyer bears the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
10. Limitation of Liability
EVO Surgix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our instruments. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country / Jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
