Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies to all orders. For general instruments, the MOQ is one (1) item, while special items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

All instruments come with a one-year guarantee covering rust, corrosion, pitting, and other manufacturing defects.

For items available in stock, the shipping time is approximately 4–6 working days. Products that are not in stock usually require 20–30 days, depending on order size and the type of instruments. Shipping time may be significantly reduced for regular customers, as we maintain customer-specific inventory at our facility.

Delivery time generally does not exceed 10 days and may vary by delivery region. We use the world-class and reliable DHL courier service, with an average delivery time of 6 working days.

International customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. EVO Surgix is not liable for any customs charges or delays caused during clearance in the destination country.

A handling fee of $8.00 will be applied to orders with a total value of less than $200 per order.
