Delivery Information

DELIVERY TIMESCALE:

All orders placed through the EVO Surgix website are processed promptly. If the required items are in stock, they are usually dispatched within 4 working days after the order is received.
For made-to-order or customized products, a short production period may be required depending on the quantity and type of items — typically between 1 to 4 weeks.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGE:

Although rare, delays or losses may occur during shipment. Please allow up to 10 days from the date of dispatch for your package to arrive.
If your parcel does not arrive within this period, kindly contact your nearest courier service to ensure there are no pending holds. If the parcel cannot be located, please reach out to our Customer Support Team for assistance with a replacement.

Please note: If we are not informed of a missing order within 3 weeks, insurance claims cannot be processed, and EVO Surgix Instruments will not be responsible for any losses beyond this time frame.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

After dispatch, you can retrieve your tracking number from your account and visit the respective courier’s website to monitor your shipment in real time.
