DELIVERY INFORMATION
DELIVERY TIMESCALE:
All orders received through the EVO Surgix website are processed and, if stock is available, dispatched within 4 working days of receiving the order. Your ordered products may need to go through a production process, and the production period can vary depending on the type of product and quantity ordered, which may take between 1–4 weeks.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGE:
On rare occasions, packages may be lost during transit. Please allow 10 days from the date of dispatch for your package to arrive. If this time has passed and your order has not been received, please contact your nearest relevant courier office to confirm whether the shipment is being held. If the package is not located, kindly contact our Customer Services team, who will be happy to assist with arranging a replacement.
Please note that if we are not contacted within 3 weeks, an insurance claim cannot be submitted, and compensation for the loss may not be possible from EVO Surgix.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
To track your order, simply retrieve your tracking number from your account and visit the relevant courier’s website to monitor your shipment using their tracking system.
